Q#1: Can I change my order?
Answer: We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button.
Q#2: When will my order ship?
Answer: After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order.
Q#3: I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Answer: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Q#4: How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?
Answer: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time.
Q#5: Do you ship globally?
Answer: Depends. Give us a call and we can see if we are able to ship to your area.
Q#6: Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, in accordance with the new and updated data protection act we promise to keep your information private and secure.
Q#7: What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?
If your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you. If you have any changes up until that point, please contact us and will we make every effort to get your wheels where you would like them sent
Q#7: Do the wheels come fully assembled?
Short answer is "No". The centers are assembled in the barrels and are torqued to spec. The rings are not attached to the wheel, as you will need to have a tire mounted before you attach the ring.
Q#8: What are the torque specs/installation guides for the rings?
Refer to the install guide provided in your delivery for torquing down the rings. These should be done at 20 foot pounds of torque, and should first be hand tightened, and finished with a torque wrench to spec. All bolts should be tightened in a crisscross pattern (Or star pattern) until all bolts are tightened. If you have any questions, watch our short YouTube video or give us a call.
